Best Netflix TVs?

Would like to get me a TV that is best for watching series etc. (please do so in the price range 400 euro)

If you don't plan to watch the device, I would go for the Xiaomi.

It runs on Android TV and is otherwise quite good for the money.

Only changing channels in TV mode is annoyingly slow.

Therefore really only suitable for Netflix and Co.
