In the past few days they have presented a series on the radio that is about a boss who is stupid to his employees. Unfortunately I can't find the series on the homepage of the radio station and otherwise, maybe someone knows what the series is called?

Stromberg occurs to me spontaneously but I can't imagine that this series was on the radio recently because it is a few years old. But is still highly recommended. I just recently watched it all again, all five seasons
Is it a western or asian series?

I would have thought of The Secret Life of my Secretary, but since it's a western series, it probably doesn't
Otherwise I can't think of anything else because I hardly watch Western series
