Dark / Netflix Why does H.G. Tannhaus the book?

I have a question about season 2, episode 3.

H.G. Tannhaus's book means that time travel is better researched. Regina Tiedemann ("witch") gives in the book of his alter ego in 1953.

Isn't that a breach of logic? If someone gives me a book that I will write in the future, surely I will not write the same book with the exact wording anymore?!

I do not completely understand this…

Do

He explains that a few later, that it is a paradox in the time loop that regina gives him the book even though he hasn't written it in his time.

it's the same with mikkel

It is already clear to me that it is only because of this that he is able to build the time machine or to understand the time travel and the book is made from it. But when he read the book Regina gave him, it must be a bad coincidence that he wrote it 1: 1 again in the future. Unless he "copies" the content 1: 1.

Do

Yes, he copies the content 1: 1 because he already holds the finished and published book in his hands. It's the same with star trek, just because jakov knows that he can get the warp drive, he has the confidence to do it because his future me told him that.
