Where can I find an Mp4 media player with a preview or trailer function?

I'm looking for an Mp4 media player that shows me thumbnails or individual scene sections before I play the video file.

Similar to Youtube, Netflix and co. Where I just go with the mouse pointer to understand the content better.

I would be very happy about a solution.

You won't find anything on the market there. You would have to invent and do that yourself first. But it's actually a shame. Already had the idea.
