Netflix Download Limit?

I signed in with Netflix on my new one, but now I can't download anything anymore and always get the message that I should remove downloads from this device even though I do not have them. I also deleted all downloads from my old phone and it still does not work.

Already looked in the Netflix settings if there are still downloads listed?

No, where is it possible?
