Homemade Monopoly, but on what topic?

I have already designed and made my own Monopoly for the Greys Anatomy series. Now I would like to do another one, but I don't know what topic it might be, because it should be more individual. For example Harry Potter and Netflix I find both appealing, but there are quite a few of them. I would be happy if you could help me with ideas!

It doesn't have to be a series issue. You can also create one to suit your friends. With insiders or something.

What would also be funny would be a normal Monopoly but with very special rules to make the game a little more exciting
