Fsk the arrow version at netflix?

My 12 year old son would love to watch Arrow. I learned from the blog that there are different versions of the Arrow series, which, depending on the cut, are approved for ages 18, 16 or 12 years of age. Does anyone know which version of the Arrow series is running on Netflix? Can you maybe skip some episodes that are only from 16/18?
