I would like to read the remaining chapters / volumes, have already watched the first 4 seasons on Netflix and which volume should I start reading now?

Seven deadly sins only has 3 seasons on Netflix and the 4th is currently running.
After Season 3, you'd have to start at Chapter 286, which is Volume 35

Volume = tapes
Chapter = chapter
That means in the 35th volume is the chapter 286 which starts where the 3rd season ends. On Netflix, the 3rd season counts as 4. Since on Netflix the "2nd season" is only an OVA story which is actually not a season counts, but Netflix had classified it that way
