I saw the third season of The seven deadly sins on Netflix recently and wanted to continue reading the manga and "preordered" volumes 25, 26 and 27 on Amazon. However, it says on the internet that these volumes already exist. Can you tell me if Volume 25, 26 and 27 already exist and if so where can I order it best without having to wait Thanks xD

The Seven deadly Sins has only two seasons in itself. Netflix has counted the short OVA series as a separate season.
