Would you choose GEZ or Netflix?

If the GEZ obligation were abolished and you could decide to pay and use the offer or not to pay and not be allowed to use it. Based on how it is with Netflix.

ch

Don't watch public broadcasts and never pay for Netflix, but if you do, pay for Netflix

Away with the GEZ Most have wanted that for a long time, but they don't have democracy.

Da

Most have wanted that for a long time

According to a survey, only 20% want that.

but they don't have democracy.

Democracy doesn't mean that everyone has to run the way you like.

Basically, I think it's better to only pay for what you really want to see.

If there was a possibility of exempting the license fee and no more public broadcasters could receive it, that wouldn't be a problem for me, as I only watch very few public broadcasts and the 17.50 euro wouldn't be worth it to me.

But Netflix is not an option either, as it is way too expensive for me and most of the offerings are not of interest to me.

I'm the feature film viewer and I buy films that I like as Blue-Ray. I enjoy that much more.

De

I would never only rely on streaming services - our internet (WLAN) is far too poor for that and the interruptions are extremely annoying

Al

It's great, then it would be enough to increase the contribution by only 20% for those willing to pay in order to maintain the same offer.

Mo

Sure, I don't watch normal television anymore, that has no advantages and there's too much rubbish and stuff that I don't care about.

Ec

I enjoy listening to the radio during the day and in the car and I like the reports on NDR.
