Netflix has a lot of them now. You can try Amazon Prime, of course, but in my experience, most of it is chargeable beyond the account.
What you can do is use filters on Flixable (https://de.flixable.com/) and search. Asia series in itself, I don't mean to look for, but just "international series". Then you can also sort and scroll through the rating. Do you know the Netflix codes? So you can quickly get to all Asian dramas and search more specifically than just through the suggested lists. The illegal providers remain at your own risk, for example Kissasian or Rakouten Viki. You have to know that yourself if you want to do this. Make sure your ad blocker is activated. YouTube sometimes has something too.
Basically, you will often find offers if you google the series title with the addition "Eng Sub" for the subtitles. Then you have to judge for yourself whether you want to trust the provider or not.
