Change Netflix region?

My dad has a Netflix premium subscription. I have an account of 4 available, my father has another, the others are unused. But my father lives in Belgium and that's why his region is also Netflix, I live in Germany. I have set my profile in German. But some series (for example Riverdale) I can't see in German. Why is that and how can I change that?
