Not with us in Germany you would need a VPN which costs monthly. Free VPN's usually do not work with Netflix, which detects Netflix directly. I can recommend CyberGhost because I had no problems with that.
Although a bit annoying to pay even extra for a VPN but that's just it. We basically pay for the US and can't even look at half of it.
