Neither rewind nor fast forward on Amazon and Netfilx?

I have a question… Namely: I can no longer fast forward or rewind on Amazon or Netflix. I watch the TV. Why is that?

Sure it works, so for us it is easy with the direction buttons

Maybe the remote control is broken or the battery is almost empty.
