Does anyone know if Season 2 will eventually be on Netflix? I just watched the first season and would like to keep watching, but I do not know where.

The second season has not yet been synchronized. So it'll take a while for her to land on Netflix. If you do not mind subtitles, then you'll find them legally on https://www.wakanim.tv/...rarara-omu, or on https://www.anime2you.de/.../durarara/ (news site that cooperates with Wakanim.
