Power change refused?

Hi

I changed the electricity provider.

After 1 1/2 months I received a letter that suddenly they couldn't supply me with electricity.

My question would be 1

Will I get my money back because apparently I was still with the old one but paid the new one

2.

I got a 1 year netflix voucher that has already been redeemed. What about it? Value about 145 euro

Basically it goes back to the basic provider!

Has the new energy supplier terminated bankruptcy or why?

I assume that your money is gone and you may have to pay the basic supplier for the electricity you need again. Be sure to write down the current meter reading and take a photo of it!
