Download pretty little liars on netflix?

I have often tried downloading Pretty Little Liars on netflix, but at first I get an orange exclamation point in a circle and then it says that I downloaded the title too many times.

You may need to remove other stuff from your downloads to add mine. Maybe the area is just too crowded and you have to remove old stuff.

If you have reached the annual download limit you can't download the episodes until a certain date.
