Fake IBAN punishable?

I heard there's a website called Fake it that creates fake credit card numbers etc.

Can you get into serious trouble when you sign up for Netflix like this?

I also used fake iban 2 days ago at netflix for 30 days for free.

Now ask me the same question.

Netflix will probably not track this, but only block the account.

Then there's clearly an intention to defraud - at the latest when it comes to paying. (§ 263 STGB)

The question should everyone be able to answer for themselves?

Question: Why don't you give your own IBAN?
Answer: so that nothing can be debited if necessary

So you suspect that there's a case in which a cost would arise and you want to avoid them.

The wrong IBAN was therefore given fraudulently. Of course it is punishable!
