Fire TV Stick issues (audio suddenly slows down)?

When I stream something on Prime or Netflix, it sometimes happens that the sound suddenly plays in slow motion, even though the picture is still playing at its original speed. If you then go out and go back to the stream, the sound is completely gone. To resolve this, turn the television off and then on again. Is there anyone with the same problem? It's okay because it works again when you turn it on, but since this happens regularly, it gets on your nerves. I would appreciate tips.
