Where can I watch HunterXHunter? - 1

I have a question that would be: Where can I watch HxH. So I'm watching HxH on Netflix, but Netflix doesn't have all episodes of HxH, they only have the first 58 episodes of the 2011 animation, but there are around 145-148.

I could watch the rest of the episodes.
Is also completely ok if I have to pay something for a subscription or something like that.
Can be in German / English sub.
