I would like to watch HunterxHunter Legal I watched HxH on Netflix and then on Prime (and then I bought a box with 12 episodes) and now I want to keep watching but without paying. There's a site where you can watch free and legal the last seasons?
No I very much doubt it. If you want to watch legally, spending some money is actually a must. But there are also sites like crunchyroll and wakanim, but they don't offer them. Maybe you take a look at anime on demand, they have a lot of anime, maybe you will find something there. There you can also buy individual episodes and I think you can even stagger them or take out a subscription

Yes, I would spend a bit of money z. B for a subscription but HunterxHunter is not available anywhere except at prime and you have to pay 3 euro per episode. The only ones that offer it are illegal sites.
Legal only for a fee on Amazon Prime / Aniverse up to episode 112, the rest via disc.
