Hi, I was about to watch Prime Video and Netflix but it doesn't work.
So there's normal sound. And Netflix also shows the age rating or the signs for audition and stop.
But there's no picture for either.
Have already restarted my cell phone but did not bring it.
Does anyone know what it could be or how the picture comes back?
That's sometimes the case with my iPad, then I press Stop and then Play in the film, it usually works again. Sometimes I rewind a bit and then play it back.

If it is not because of that, then I would check if there's a new update (operating system, apps from Netflix, Amazon etc.) Last but not least, I would delete the app from Netflix and Amazon and reinstall it.
