Android smart tv turns off?

I bought the Android Smart TV from Metz today, the device switches off after 15 minutes.

I'm running a Fire TV with Netflix.

The sleep timer is off, as is the switch-off timer.

What can that be?

Take the stick out and check if it still turns off.

Did you connect an antenna cable to the satellite input socket and are TV transmitters installed?
