Will I get 4 years Netflix if I create an account on 29.Feb?

This is a stupid question that I do not really believe in, but if I compile a Netflix sample for months on February 29, would I have had it for 4 years? Since the 29.Feb is every 4 years but I believe it would rather end the Probemonat on 28.Feb or 1.März
