I would like to know what is the difference between the Naruto Shippuden films on Netflix and the Naruto Shippuden series on Crunchyroll? This confuses me a bit, I'm now finished with the 9th Naruto season and do not know where to look

It continues with the Naruto Shippuden series. This is simply the sequel to Classic and is also based on the manga. The films are not relevant, except for The Last and Boruto the Movie.
The films are separate stories. For the most part, they do not play a major role, since they are more of a side story. But you should still have seen the series first.
Only The Last Film is important, it plays towards the end of the Shippuden series. The Boruto film is also part of the main story, but it is being re-implemented in the Boruto series.
The Naruto Shippuden series is the continuation of the Naruto series. They are not yet available on Netflix. The first ten seasons are scheduled to appear on March 31.
