I hope not that the dark really does not end after the 3 season that would be very sad
Unfortunately, this has been official for months, that will be the last season that will come sometime early or mid-2020. I'm such a big fan of the show and I'm very sad about it, but it's all over.
Maybe "The OA" would be something for you. This has nothing to do with time travel, but with dimensional travel. The OA is also a very well-made series.

I would recommend Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency. Stranger Things and Dark I really liked and Dirk Gently falls into the same category for me.
