I have a Netflix account and enjoy watching movies and TV shows. However, some time ago I suddenly did not see any movies from 16 onwards. I first thought my parents were behind it (since I have accounts with my parents), but since I have access to the account, I've seen that the parental controls settings are unchanged. I've even set my account to over 18 to see if that causes anything, but I would still only see movies from 12 onwards. According to the settings I would have to be able to see all series.
I would be very grateful for an answer, because that really upset me. I just want to watch my series in peace.

Is that only the case with your profile, or with your parents?
It's just like that with my profile. My sister, who is younger than me, even has movies from the age of 16. However, everything is the same with her (in terms of the settings), so that makes no sense.
Delete your profile and create a new, vlt. Does that work?

Then you definitely tried it. Deleting a netflix profile is something else, like resetting a cell phone or rebuilding the Insta account.
