Do you know such romantic comedies?

I need a film like this where a woman breaks up and the two meet again at some point and she has become totally successful in her life and you can see in his eyes how much he regrets everything. Do you know such romantic comedies?

If not, can you recommend me other similar films? I use Prime and Netflix.
