How is that with the new James Bond film No Time to die?

So I noticed on the edge that the production company went bankrupt from the Bond films. Then streaming providers like Netflix must have competed for the rights to the film. My question is, will the film be in theaters or only at a streaming provider? And what if that will be the streaming provider?

I heard that theatrical release is planned for November. But today everything is not so safe. And the movie was certainly not cheap.
