Saw the movie ca 2018-2019 i remember it was a military movie in the near future. The plot was that the soldiers shot apparently aliens or monsters, but they only looked like this through the modern technology of the soldiers, in reality they were humans. Jmd nh idea?
That was a Black Mirror episode. So not a film.
But there was also a very early, OuterLimits episode with this plot. Outer Limits does not run on Netflix, so it's Blackmirror.
