Dirk Gently, the Hollow, Disenchamtment
What is this genre?
What are they about?
Sherlock (FSK 12), Naruto (12), One Punch Man (12), Stranger Things (16), Death Note (16)
1. A detective series that is a bit weird, with supernatural features and a governmental organization (fate, time travel, … And a cat that has the soul of nem hsi😅)
2. 3 teenagers wake up in a room, have lost their memory and have to find out where they are and how to get back home
3. From a drawing style like the simpsons, a princess (alcoholic) has to cope with her life, dad is an idiot, the mother is dead, the stepmother is a strange foreigner and her best friends are a half elf and a demon
Okay, sounds interesting. And that currently has Netflix?
Yes, I think they are all in-house productions
Does Netflix have the latest?
What are they about?
Netflix currently has them all, yes.
What is it about:
Sherlock: The classic Sherlock Holmes feeling, only nowadays. The military doctor John Wattson, wounded after a war, moves to England where he meets the strange but intelligent Sherlock Hilmes and goes on a criminal hunt with him…
Naruto: Years ago, the village of Konoha Gakure was attacked by a dangerous monster in the shape of a nine-tailed fox. The fight against this beast claimed many victims, but then the fox could be defeated and sealed into a child's body, called Naruto. He is getting older, but is avoided by many people because of the monster in him, but when he graduates from the Ninja Academy, he meets some people and befriends them and pursues the goal of becoming stronger. Because he wants to be the Hokage (something like the strongest ninja and the leader of the village) even though everyone doubts him, and you are accompanied, so to speak, as he wants to achieve his goal. Exciting and full of cool characters.
One Punch Man: Saitama is the strongest man in the world, and probably beyond. So much so that he can annihilate every opponent with just one blow, which makes the fighting extremely boring for him and he has no real motivation until he gets to know the cyborg genos. Extremely funny and sometimes also excitingly told.
Stranger Things: When the boy Will Byers disappears in the small town one day, the mother, his friends, the chief of police, and a mysterious girl are drawn into a strange and dangerous story. Extremely exciting, and number 2 in my favorite series.
Death Note: One day, the young and intelligent model student Light Yagami finds a strange notebook called the Death Note, which you can use to kill everyone by simply shredding their name. So he starts killing criminals under the name of Kira in order to create what he calls a new world. But then the famous detective L stands in his way, and an epic and exciting mind battle arises.
