Film about child abduction?

I saw a movie on Netflix a while ago that kidnapped a boy. His mother is sure that the kidnapper is a classmate of her daughter. She holds onto the track and takes it to a house that she should sell as a broker. There she locks him up in a cage and inflicts pain by sprinkling salt on his open wounds. The mother then entrusts herself to her daughter and tells her about the caught classmate.
