Me and my friend wanted to see a movie on December 26th, 2020 because there was nothing from Netflix. Then we went to Kinox.to and wanted to see if the film existed and there was. But we were redirected to another website. Goroplay.de and have registered us. And we still couldn't see the movie so we left it and watched another one on Netflix. Today I got an email saying that I had to pay 400 euro because in terms of usage it was automatically extended to premium status for 1 year after the 5-day test phase had expired. Unfortunately, I can't answer you whether something can be done there.
Just don't pay, delete emails. You don't have to react until you get a dunning notice, but that probably won't happen.
