Can cancer be transmitted?

I'm currently watching the movie "The Shaft" on Netflix. This film shows a woman with cancer. This woman is eaten by a man because he starved shortly before. My question now is whether the man is more likely to get cancer than when he didn't eat the woman.

Cancer itself is not communicable, you can't get infected in a patient. Tumor-promoting viruses only play a role in a few forms of cancer, but could favor them somewhat. Most people come into contact with these pathogens without being damaged in the long term.
