Netflix age restriction?

My account on Netflix is currently set to FSK-16, but I only see films and series that are 12 or older on my tablet, which I use for this.

What could be the reason and how can you change it?

(So my parents and I know how to change age restrictions, but we haven't understood the problem yet.)

Do you explicitly know a series from 16 years? There are not many of them. It is often screwed up from the age of 18.

Yes, I know there aren't that many over 16.

Nevertheless, I'm not shown anything at least 16, neither films nor series, and that can't be, I think.
