Hunter x Hunter order?

I'm watching Hunter x Hunter (2011) and I'm done with all the episodes of Netflix (58). Is it true that there are a total of 149 episodes? And how many seasons are there (because the seasons are correct in Netflix as far as I don't know.

However, there are also films. How many and when should I watch them?

Je

Netflix split the first season into 3, presumably to make it seem like Netflix has every episode. The first season of HxH has exactly 58 episodes. And no HxH has, as far as I know, not 149 but 148 consequences

Ho

Really confusing your answer…

Hunter x Hunter only has one season.

el

Just watch the series (148eps). You don't have to watch the films, I don't really recommend them either, they have weird animation and a different synchro, which, by the way, is very bad.

el

Why does everyone always say "one season" when there's no season division. Hunter × Hunter is simply a series with no seasons, so no seasons, just episodes.

Je

Hunter x Hunter has 3 seasons not one

Ho

Yes, it has only one season / no season. (read JovanP's comment.)

Ho

I know, but when doesn't it want to make it so complicated… Who knows how someone's brain cells tick?

el

If you want it that way, it has 6 seasons, but that's not true.

Ho

I don't know where he got this information from…

Ho

I don't need to click the links, it only has one season / none.

You don't always have to believe everything that German sites say. They just divided it up into seasons. Officially, the anime only has one season.

Je

You asked where I got it from and I answered. It has 3 seasons and I think more 3 different magazines that focus on series than any random on good question

Ho

You really don't know how many times I've had this discussion…

The anime has only one season / no season. But because there are so many episodes, many split it up into seasons. Not only I say that, but also many anime experts who are certainly older than you and are much more familiar with it and the non-German Internet.

Ho

I give you one piece of advice: it's best to find out more on non-German sites and believe the majority.

Ho

It has one, so no season, and 148 episodes.

I don't really recommend the films, but they are nice. You don't have to look.

But if you want to see it, you can check out Phantom Rouge after the Greed Island Arc, so probably now.

The Last Mission you could either look for the Greed Island Arc, or look for the Chimera Ant Arc, because there's a certain Nen ability that is explained in the Chimera Ant Arc.

Je

2 people are not a majority that I believe

He seriously sends a link from a German site that speaks of the Amazon / Netflix division. 💀

el

The division is only there to help you orientate yourself better. Other examples of this are Bleach and Naruto, these also have no seasons, but are divided into seasons on German streaming portals in order to be able to orientate themselves better, as I said.

Ho

Huh? By majority I mean:

every good question anime expert + the other users who say that (just look for such questions, you will see that most of them say what I say.)
The American anime community
The Japanese anime community
Japanese anime websites
American anime websites
Anime2You (the most trustworthy German anime website)
Much more

Then there's the fact that there are disc volumes 1-13. For anime with seasons, the volumes would start again at 1 for each season. That is actually enough proof, but if you still don't want to believe me… Look forward to further discussions.

Ho

It doesn't matter that you're wrong. You're not completely wrong either. These classifications are there because there are just so many episodes and it would not fit into a streaming provider.
