Is it possible to consume Netflix as a Swiss abroad? And is there an offline mode for movies, because in the Philippines the internet is very bad outside the city?
Netflix can be used abroad (except China, the Crimea, North Korea and Syria) for a certain period of time (holiday time) and yes you can in the Netflixapp (for PCs or smartphones) download movies and watch in offline mode. The ability to look at downloaded formats also has an expiration date.
Nevertheless, not every series or movie is downloadable.
