Prevent autoplay in Google Chrome?

Hi, I have the following problem: When I start my PC (Windows 10), I have to first enter my password. Nevertheless, Google Chrome starts and also begins to play the open tab. So Youtube, Netflix etc.

Can you prevent that? I want to be logged in and then keep looking.

I had that for weeks but with the IE I'm on a Win Update it has been downright. Does not happen every day and is gone.
