I saw all of Htgawm and suits on Netflix, seasons may have been removed in the meantime, I didn't check that before I answered.
You are not self-contained episodes. There are often cliffhangers at the end of the episodes. And a third season is also coming next year. Black Mirror has self-contained episodes.
Htgawm and Suits have produced new seasons in recent years. Maybe it was all seasons back then as you saw the series.

Gotham is great. Or if you like sitcoms, modern family. The last season is still missing, but still around 24 x 20 x 10, so 80 hours of good mood
