Series blacklist?

What do you think of the Blacklist series on Netflix? I actually want to watch it, but I still lack the incentive. Is it worth watching the series?

I didn't follow the series during the second season. James Spader plays great and has obviously aged since Stargate and Secretary. But the story gives no indication of where it will all end. In addition, too many people get on it unnecessarily without it being relevant for the Strory.

But the series has its fans, so it is possible that you might like it.
