VPN does not work with Netflix?

I want to watch series that are on US Netflix, so I changed the location to Canada in the settings first. When it didn't work, I downloaded a VPN app and connected the server to NYC. However, nothing has changed on Netflix. What can I do to make it work?

As much as I know, you have to start the subscription in the usa

You also need a US account - Netflix also blocks most VPNs.

So actually it should work with almost every VPN server.

You should only choose the right server.
If you then e.g. Switching from Canada to the USA or generally changing the server, it is best to restart the app or reload the website.
Most of the time it fails.

If the problem persists, it would be a good idea to change the server or possibly the provider.

You do not need a US subscription for this.
