Basic package at Netflix, how does it work?

I wanted to get the Netflix basic package…

there it says: available on a screen.
Do they mean that I can either watch it on my cell phone or on the TV or that just one person can watch Netflix at the same time?

So I also have the basic subscription and they mean that 2 people can't watch at the same time.

However, the basic package doesn't even offer HD, but if you don't care, that's good

So I think so. So I always watch it on my cell phone and tablet and you don't even notice that the quality is not HD.
