I bought an Iphone 11 about 1-2 weeks ago (new). However, it comes across as if the battery would run out too quickly in about 1 hour of use (mostly insta and netflix alternately). It consumes a whole 10%. I have heard that it can happen if a cell phone falls off (the battery inside is broken). Yesterday it fell on the hard floor in front of about 1 meter high. (Half of it on the carpet, however, was a bit high, so the other side was even harder on the floor. Since then, I've always checked how much battery I'm using. Is that imagination or can the battery be damaged? Online it looks it looks like my cell phone is consuming a little too much.

10% in 1 hour with continuous use isn't that much? I think that's imagination. Sounds normal to me.
Netflix is already consuming a lot of battery.
Try a day without Netflix and if possible not in continuous use
if you are still unsure, you can also go to an Apple Store, they can quickly test the device for internal damage

Switch off all unnecessary apps that you don't need!
90% of the battery power is consumed by the display. Reduce the brightness and switch off apps that you do not need (they also draw battery power for constant data traffic).
