If you've downloaded Netflix series, can you watch them even though Netflix is taking them down? I still want to watch Naruto, but Naruto will be down on Netflix on November 30th.

Yes, but you can only watch it in offline mode. The same applies to films / series that have been downloaded in another country that are not available here.
