Telefunken TV has an overloaded tuner. Unplug what to do?

Our Telefunken TV is about 1 year old, since a week there has been a message that the tuner is overloaded. We have already pulled the satellite cable out of the television and the mains plug, neither of which had any effect. Netflix and the Internet work, only the TV doesn't stop… Our small Samsung TV runs perfectly with the same cable. I bought the TV from Amazon. Can you fix that somehow?

That is built-in obsolescence. The manufacturer has designed the device so that it shows a defect very soon (ideally shortly after the warranty period has expired).

If the buyer then asks for a repair, it will turn out that a new device is probably cheaper than the repair of an already outdated device.

This is common practice for most manufacturers because they want to make sales.

Why do you buy such a cheap part that is produced somewhere in Asia or Turkey and nothing but nothing more to do with Telefunken!
