Netflix PC doesn't load why; DTC F7037-1101?

Netflix has not been working on my PC for a month, I can register, and everything loads quickly, I also have a LAN cable.

I used to have a Wi-Fi USB stick, because it worked, I don't know if it hasn't worked since I had LAN.

Error code: F7037-1101

Have normal download speed of 100mb / s

Everything else loads e.g. Home / my list, only the series / not film, that's what irritates me

My father-in-law has the same problem, everything works fine for me, but not for him. After researching and contacting Netflix by phone, we found out that it was due to the massive rush. Thanks to Corona, everything is overloaded and in certain regions or nodes, problems with streaming are often found. I live in Bavaria, he in Rhineland Palatinate. Sorry, I don't know any more.
