If you want to gamble, you should rather focus directly on a monitor.

For movie enjoyment (Netflix) I would personally advise against an IPS device.
LG BX OLED, but is still over the 1000 euro limit.
Sony XH90 is very good for the price (800-900 for 55 "), but it loses sharpness slightly at 4K @ 120Hz.
XJ90 will probably not have this problem, but is not yet available and if so, it is significantly more expensive.
Otherwise consider other VA-LCDs with HDMI 2.1, there are so many but I don't think less than 1000.
