Should I order a Smart TV or a Gaming PC?

I would like to order a Gaming PC or a Smart TV 49inch I do not know which one I need the most or wants to buy. I can use the Gaming Pc for school purposes and of course for gambling and on the smart tv I can play and watch netflix.
