I would like to watch Boku no hero Academia for free in Japanese with German subtitles, as this anime is no longer on Netflix, I'm pretty hopeless

This is currently available legally and free of charge on ProSiebenMaxx. Everything else either costs or is not legal.

Season 3 is currently being broadcast free of charge on ProSieben MAXX TV, but with German synchro.

Otherwise you can still watch it for free at Crunchyroll US with English or Spanish subtitles.
