Is Techlacarte legal?

I found a website called Techlacarte. The website promises free accounts from Netflix, Spotify Premium & co.

I wanted to ask if this is legal or if I have viruses on my phone. There it says that the accounts are not available on the apps or on the official websites and it leads me to a download and according to which it is only there. I'm not sure if they should trust them, because it seems pretty strange to me.

I would be very happy to get an answer.

Such things are prohibited according to Netflix's terms and conditions, as is Spotify.
